Positive: I think this was one of the best stays of my life, and certainly in my travels of south east asia. Every aspect was superb. So clean, well designed, comfortable, and luxurious villa. Private pool with an amazing courtyard. There are fairy lights on the covered gazebo, an outdoor tanning bed, two lounges, and of course your own private pool with strong jets! The bedrooms are lovely and the bathrooms wonderful with awesome showers and water pressure. The house is new and in very well-maintanied condition. Everything is superb, down to Evelyn the amazing house manager. Comes with games in the living room and a stocked fridge (drinks for purchase). Also unlimited mineral water to drink. Also really strong AC in each bedroom and in the living room (all individual control). Super comfy beds (coming from a really picky girl ;p ). If it’s in budget (or even a bit outside and you want a treat), just book it.

Negative: Honestly, it was pretty perfect. Note there is a 5,000 peso cash deposit so be prepared. Note also that if you don’t have a motorbike, it’s a bit tricky (it’s in this dirt-road neighborhood so you’d have to walk 10 min to the main road to hail a trike). They offer a shuttle service but I imagine you can’t just use that all day long (to the airport for example, sure). We rented bikes the day before at a shop that is right by the entrance to lio beach (10 min walk down the main road from the dirt road). If you don’t have a motorbike, expect to walk 10-15 min to get a trike each time (but I think the trikes will take you back all the way to the house if you ask).
